3 Hour Self-Study Course

This is a Notary Public refresher course for re-newing the notary commission.  To qualify for this course, you must pass the STATE EXAM before your commission expires or you will be required to take the six (6) hour course. 

The cost  is $19.95 for the three (3) hour course and you are responsible for scheduling your State Exam, http://www.notary.cps.ca.gov

             INSTRUCTIONS

2.        On the left side, please SIGN IN   if you are a returning student  or,

3          REGISTER if you are a new student,.   Fill in the Profile information, Account information and click on Register

4.        PLEASE READ THE WELCOME INFORMATION!! and then CLICK ON THE BOOK ICON for the course of your choice and read
           the additional information.

5.         PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDTIONS!!.

6.          CLICK ON "ADD TO CART" and check out.

7.          Fill in the BILLING INFORMATION and click CONTINUE.

8.          Provide COUPON CODE (if applicable).  Then Scroll down to PAYMENT METHOD

9.          You DO NOT need a PAYPAL account to purchase,  READ THE  "PLACE ORDER INFORMATION" click NEXT  for  payment   
              methods, you may use any credit card  listed.

10.       Carefully review the Billing and Payment Information.  Click on "PLACE ORDER"

11.       This takes you to  "Choose a Way to Pay, Pay With Pay Pal Account or Pay with a Credit Card"

12.        Review and Continue

13.         AN E-MAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS TO DOWNLOAD THE COURSE MATERIAL.

14.         DOWNLOAD AND PRINT THE MATERIAL TO STUDY. 

15.       YOU MAY ALSO DOWNLOAD THE "TEST YOUR KNOWLEDGE" QUIZZES, EXAM AND ANSWER SHEET.

16         When you have completed the required hours for your class, RETURN TO THE WEBSITE

17.       Click on the  tab  "3 HOUR DECLARATION" , complete and submit this form and your Proof of Completion will be
              issued within 24 hours.

All applicants must complete a background check by submitting finger prints to the California Department of Justice.  This live scan will be automatically transmitted to the Secretary of State for their review to complete your commission processing.
